Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and execute day-to-day activities related to risk, control, and compliance assessment engagements in various IT areas.
Determine, implement, and enforce cybersecurity and information security standards for LoanCare internal organization and third-party vendors.
Apply risk management, governance, internal controls, and audit concepts in performing IT and security risk assessments.
Lead and execute risk-based assessments and special projects, providing recommendations to client senior management.
Review IT and third-party risk management processes and compliance against industry or regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with ERM management to assess, design, and implement new IT risk and control frameworks.
Plan and lead meetings with enterprise-wide teams, complete executive summaries, and final reports in GRC software.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree Management Information Systems or Computer Information Systems, or related field required.
8+ years of experience in technology risk management, technology audit, or third-party vendor management.
Prior technology risk assessment experience using frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, CCM, CIS, ISMS, ITSM, FFIEC, SOC, or equivalent, etc.
Strong understanding of ISO SIG, DFS500, GDPR, CCPA, GBLA, SOC2 or Trust Services Principles.
Strong understanding of current and emerging technology risks including IT General Controls, SDLC, Cloud Security, DevOps, Agile Development, Cyber Security, Network Security, End-Point Security, Application Security Physical Security, Robotics Process Automation, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Data Governance, and Privacy.
Prior experience in technology and vendor management risk and control experience in a regulated environment, including financial services, IT compliance, or Third-Party technology risk management.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment to attain common goals.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person and by telephone with all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred
Prior experience with GRC tools, including Archer, Bwise, etc. is s plus.
