Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering high-quality voice and CTI applications.
Primary role involves detailed analysis and design, providing work estimates, development, unit testing, providing support during QA and UAT cycles, and defect-free production delivery.
Supporting Interactive Voice Response (IVR), middleware, and contact center desktop integration services.
Supporting internal Intranet-based user interface solutions for dynamic changes to IVR applications and providing off-hours support when needed.
Working on Enterprise Contact Center applications that handle almost a million customer calls per day.
Specialized in contact center domain, well-versed in IVR and CTI technologies, following Agile development methodology, understanding business demands, and delivering on time.
Coding robust, stable, and resilient client-server applications.
