Analyze data trends and customer behavior
Research customer needs and identify gaps
Predict customer needs and recommend products and services
Generate customer interest for new products and services
Create strategies for a better understanding of customers across all demographics
Develop strategies to increase sales and strengthen customer retention
Manage company social media accounts
Maintain prospect lead lists

Required
Experience with web design and content management systems
Experience with social media management
Ability to analyze data trends and customer behavior
Ability to research customer needs and identify gaps
Ability to predict customer needs and recommend products and services

Ability to create strategies for a better understanding of customers across all demographics
Ability to develop strategies to increase sales and strengthen customer retention
Experience in managing company social media accounts
Experience in maintaining prospect lead lists
Fast learner and quick on your feet
Self-motivated and able to stay on task with no need for micro-management
Maintains a professional and positive attitude even in stressful situations
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable with Microsoft products and computer software
Preferred
Previous marketing/social media management experience
