Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis for the business and develop all training materials
Design and develop instructor-led virtual training, online, and web-based training materials
Manage training projects from analysis through deployment and incorporation into existing curriculum
Develop assessments and performance-based activities to meet job/role requirements
Conduct ongoing evaluations, analyze data to ensure program effectiveness, and recommend/implement modifications as necessary
Work with subject matter experts to obtain training content

Required
5+ years of professional Instructional Design experience in an educational/corporate training setting
5+ years of experience/knowledge in Adult Learning Theory and how to apply in the design of learning experiences
5+ years of experience designing/developing instructor led training materials
2+ years of experience creating self-paced materials (eLearning)
2+ years of experience managing and deploying Instructional Design projects
Preferred
MS Office proficiency
Experience with Articulate 360 and/or other eLearning development software
Video or multimedia recording and editing experience
Storyboarding Experience
Technical Writing Experience
Self-starter with high degree of emotional intelligence
