Responsibilities
Interface with customers on a regular basis for support of engineering and program management activities.
Monitor customer feedback and advice on a broad range of issues related to products/services being delivered.
Support strategic planning initiatives with senior Government leaders.
Determine quality standards to be used in the program.
Direct the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
Recognize potential program risks and create mitigations to avoid issues.
Support the coordination of acquisition strategy.
Streamline operational processes for increased efficiency.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in technical field and 10 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
Extensive travel may be required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Note: Must be a US Citizen to obtain a US clearance)
Preferred
Master’s degree
Active Secret Clearance.
