Responsibilities

Define, create, and own roadmaps, strategies, and prioritization for IGA capabilities based on customer, business, market, financial, technical, operational, vendor and other relevant insights

Balance team capacity against demands and budget

Drive capability area KPIs – adoption/usage, productivity, customer satisfaction/NPS, etc.

Gather and understand the Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Business, and foster customer relationships across the enterprise

Responsible for vendor engagement and management

Partner with delivery, engineering, development, operations, support, other technology teams to meet customer needs
