Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Prepare management reports and presentations to communicate financial performance and insights effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
Proficiency in SQL and/or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
