Responsibilities

Analyze new and existing data sources to ensure proper importing of data into Blackbaud CRM.

Provide support for data integration interfaces between various campus applications and Blackbaud CRM.

Design, document, and implement data import and export processes.

Collaborate closely with various teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Maintain the integrity and security of data within the systems.

Analyzing new and existing data sources for importing data into Blackbaud CRM.

Supporting data integration interfaces between various campus applications and Blackbaud CRM.

Identifying and resolving data integration issues.

Ensuring data integrity and security within the systems.

Proactively designing and optimizing data import and export processes to ensure seamless data flow and efficiency.

Documenting data integration procedures and workflows.

Implementing data import solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborating with teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.

Utilizing MS SQL Server for data analysis and manipulation.

Using BrightVine Data Loader (BVDL) software for data integration tasks.

Leveraging Blackbaud SDK and Visual Studio for system customization and development.

Familiarity with GitLab for version control and collaboration.

Liaising between technical and business teams.

Communicating effectively through oral and written channels.

Collaborating closely with various teams to understand and address business requirements.

Providing support and guidance to stakeholders regarding data integration processes.

Required

Master's degree in computer science.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the following: analyzing data sources for importing data into Blackbaud CRM; supporting data integration interfaces between various applications and Blackbaud CRM, utilizing both standard and custom-developed software; MS SQL Server; BrightVine Data Loader (BVDL) software; Blackbaud SDK and Visual Studio.

Familiarity with GitLab.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams.
