Responsibilities

Allow others to observe work you are performing

Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on various equipment including refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, etc.

Install and repair plumbing, wiring, pumps, motors, air compressors, heat exchangers, piping, valves, and controls

Operate and monitor critical system equipment, oversee work efforts for equipment maintenance, and respond to emergency situations

Comply with departmental policies for hazardous materials, maintain a safe workplace, and perform additional duties as requested
