Responsibilities

Structuring ambiguous business problems and supporting data analysis, business analysis and data visualization

Collecting and reviewing available information to make data-driven business decisions and recommendations

Building the foundation for the project by capturing the business context: the problem, current state, desired future state, business needs, and success criteria

Chairing business requirement gathering meetings with business users and technical teams to identify technical and process requirements

Documenting and prioritizing the business requirements

Working with the team to build a strategic roadmap based on the business requirements

Designing, developing, and testing dashboards

Working independently with direction from the project leadership

Required

Experience: 6+ years of work experience is required. 4+ years of consulting experience is required

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Data Analytics, Engineering or related degree preferred; MBA is a plus; Finance experience a plus

Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills

Core Skills: Strong analytical, and presentation skills; mindset of “own it all the way”

Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI – preferred); Familiarity with SQL required

Must be able to travel within the US; ~25% onsite requirement
