Responsibilities

Design, execute and report on GTM programs for the NetSec business in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Ensure on-time delivery of initiatives, program reporting, and projects with high quality and clear communication
Structure and package analyses, strategies, and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations to various audiences
Be a source of technical expertise on the NetSec product portfolio and engage in customer discussions
Build strong relationships across the sales organization to drive initiatives and receive continuous feedback from key stakeholders

Required

7+ years of Sales and Marketing Strategy, Sales, Sales Operations or equivalent experience - preference for 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy / "bizops" functions or GTM programs
Track record of driving successful cross-functional initiatives from design to execution
Experience with GTM programs (acquisition/migration/cross-sell/upsell/winback preferred)
Ability to work in and report out of Salesforce.com a must
Experience with MS Excel, GSuite or other related tools required
A self-starter who is confident with working on multiple simultaneous projects that require both strategic end-to-end thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and demonstrated project management experience
