Responsibilities

Deeply understand the technology, working closely with product and engineering teams

Define and drive the industry GTM strategy, build partnerships, and lead sales and marketing teams

Be an expert on customer needs, competition, sensors, lidar technology, and target industries

Define messaging, content strategies, and drive the product roadmap

Execute product and feature launches, create compelling pitches and sales resources

Drive campaigns, write compelling content, and share knowledge with sales teams

Communicate broadly and frequently to support sales growth

Required

Comfort with highly technical details and a strong curiosity

Strong analytical skills - comfort with excel and creating models to understand our sales trends

Exceptional writing and communication skills. Ability to tell a compelling story of how our products solve problems for our customers

Comfort with creating polished presentations

Great teamwork and teambuilding skills. Ability to build relationships across all functions in the company

Bias towards action. You will be the driver for our lidar product marketing and will need to take an ownership mindset towards all aspects of the business. Success is defined by deals closed and revenue growth.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-minded company

Bachelor's Degree or higher in engineering

Preferred

Product marketing experience - product launches, messaging, content creation, and sales enablement

Consulting Experience

An MBA

Experience with hardware products

Worked with lidar, cameras, radar, or IoT devices before
