Responsibilities
Program manage and execute their ongoing AI Accelerator workshop strategy from start to finish (10-15 total workshops from Aug - Jan). This includes being capable of managing several events at different stages of planning and execution at the same time.
Be on-site at all events to manage day-of run of show. 25% travel expected - to SF, LA, NYC and (if interested - to London in November!)
Work with Marketing Operations (MOPs) team to ensure all attendees are accurately tracked in Salesforce.
Ensure all Events information is accurately entered into internal Events Hub, as well as publicly online.
Write email copy (with support from the larger team) for pre and post-event email strategy.
Work with their existing events agency to scope needs for venue, F&B, AV, set-up, etc. Some events are at our offices, and require working closely with our Office Managers.

Required
3-5 years of events marketing, primarily in B2B tech
Experience managing events end to end; tracking key intakes and deliverables and ensuring all details for success are in place
Experience working in in-person event environments
Proven track record of delivering results via effective program management and stakeholder accountability
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Impeccable time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Able to juggle multiple projects and workflows at once
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance creative thinking and analytical acumen
Works independently, deals well with ambiguity
Ideally based in San Francisco, New York, LA
Preferred
Direct workshop execution experience is a plus
