Responsibilities
Applies common design patterns, drives coding standards, and ensures best practices across projects.
Identifies critical capabilities, communicates architectural roadblocks, and provides alternate approaches.
Drives systems design for applications using Modern AI technologies like Generative AI.
Works with clients to understand their needs, designs end-to-end architectures, and selects appropriate technologies.
Creates architectural blueprints, mentors technical teams, and collaborates with data scientists.
Ensures solutions adhere to industry standards, conducts technical reviews, and drives innovation within the domain.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
3-4+ years of experience in an architect role or similar position, with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence and or data technologies.
In-depth knowledge of ML/ AI technologies such as LLM, NLP, computer vision, etc.
Experience working in the client service/agency/consultancy industry.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with proficiency in data and ML frameworks / libraries (LangChain, Pandas, Numpy, and data analytics tools).
Clear understanding of AI techniques such as agents, RAG, semantic routing and caching.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems and their integration with AI solutions.
Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with deploying ML/AI solutions in cloud environments, Gen AI is a plus.
Comfortable working with cloud-based AI-related services and 3rd party models (e.g., Vertex AI, Big Query, OpenAI, Vector databases, HuggingFace, Stable Diffusion).
Excellent communication Skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong appreciation for design and user experience and its importance to the final delivered solution.
Preferred
Some experience with Neural Network implementations (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, Transformers, etc.) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g. AI/ML/Data certifications, cloud certifications) are a plus.
This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.
