Responsibilities
Organize disparate data on energy savings, program spending, incentives, and environmental impacts to draw insights and improve E Source DSM Insights and other data tools
Help utilities and their partners make data-based decisions about customer-facing programs and strategy
Help identify and write about successful demand-side management (DSM) and transportation electrification programs and industry trends
Provide prospect demonstrations and client support and training

Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience organizing and analyzing data
Exposure to structured query language (SQL) and structured databases is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated interest in utility DSM programs
Strong communication skills, including the ability to set clear expectations and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding deadlines and tool developments
Ability to synthesize information to create actionable, succinct, and data-driven stories to support research and custom data projects
Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness in an environment with tight deadlines and abstract work products
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical tools to clients and comfort with responding to client questions in real time
Preferred
Data analysis experience and passion. Prefer a candidate with two to five years of experience
Industry experience working in or with electric, gas, or dual-fuel utilities
An affinity for data. Seeking good, comprehensive data to inform decisions while acknowledging the need for judgment
Strategic, growth-focused mind. Ability to see many paths for growth and make informed decisions
