Responsibilities

Assure the accurate, efficient and on-time movement of commodities to and from designated locations as scheduled.
Remotely control and operate field equipment via SCADA for commodity movements.
Monitor and provide real-time surveillance of pipeline systems, including commodity quality and volumetric balancing.
Maintain contact with Field and Control Center personnel for support.
Record SCADA data and maintain a daily shift record of noteworthy events.
Recognize and respond to abnormal and emergency conditions on the pipeline system.
Prepare equipment malfunction information and participate in incident investigations.
Maintain required training and record pipeline system slowdowns and downtime.

Required

Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment on a 12 hour rotating shift schedule.
Ability to think quickly and timely to make quick decisions in critical situations (i.e. ability to mitigate the potential negative impact of events that are disruptive to our business such as spills and leaks)
Demonstrated professional work experience in a customer service environment, specifically with issue and conflict resolution
Willingness and ability to pass "Fit for Duty" requirements, which includes a visual color perception test, associated with the assigned job task
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills, including ability to use various MS Office products
Demonstrated mathematical skills
Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
Demonstrated problem solving experience
Experience working in a team environment
Willingness to complete training with subsequent field team associated with the assigned console area of responsibility
A valid Driver's License

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, math, or engineering
