Responsibilities
Build detailed marketing plan based on strategy provided by the Marketing manager for ASAP.
Oversee the ASAP website and apply SEO tactics with assistance from the Editor and web team as needed.
Create and handle ASAP social media profiles and posts, including Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Maintain consistent branding and ensure effective, consistent communications across all platforms.
Submit copy and creative for planned paid social promotions/campaigns, landing pages/lead gen forms, Adobe Target, and search ads.
Build messaging, logic, and creative for campaign videos.
Partner with the digital marketing team to come up with new channels, branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
Additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Create new and manage existing marketing email campaigns for ASAP.
Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
Review of existing email nurtures to ensure content stays relevant and evergreen for ASAP.
Ensure new leads enter Marketo and manage segmentation of audiences based on lead source, buyer personas, and engagement trends across ASAP campaigns.
Provide monthly reporting on the performance of digital and email marketing campaigns using Marketo, Google Analytics, Power BI, Explori survey data, Calendly appointment setting and other internal sources.
Oversee the collection of customer feedback and contribute to decisions surrounding customer experience.
Coordinate campaign schedules, digital assets, and other collaborative tools through SharePoint site.
Identify, create, and manage buyer personas for ASAP products.
Create sales tools such as product comparison sheets, media kits, and other infographics that help the buyer decision.
Create and manage ASAP sales conversion events through Calendly.
Assist in the design and messaging for ASAP Lounge and other exhibiting opportunities.
Participates in marketing and sales meetings and implements action items.
Provides reporting/analysis to digital sponsors.

Required
1-3 years of product marketing or related experience, such as marketing, product design, product management, or software sales required.
Understanding of project management applications and collaboration tools like Microsoft Sharepoint as well as design tools like Canva. Working knowledge of Marketo, Buffer (or similar program), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.
Proficiency in copywriting, editorial tasks, and the ability to absorb both the brand and product voice while translating value, and how to derive ultimate value into messaging that can vary for all different kinds of customers and users.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative and interpersonal mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, strong copywriting and editing skills, customer service oriented, experience with social media marketing, email deployment software and WordPress.
Strong project management, organization and attention to detail, ability to prioritize and juggle demanding priorities.
Able to implement campaign tasks to completion, able to provide support to the Sr Marketing Manager.
Collaboration with the entire event team including sales, content, and conference colleagues to ensure the success of events and digital products.
This position requires creative thinking and strong decision-making skills, as well as a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively to support the team’s overall success. High interest in continuous learning and the ability to adapt quickly.

Preferred
