Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and conduct testing events.
Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) with test participants.
Review test objectives and success criteria.
Develop and review detailed test plans (DTP) and detailed checklist (DCLs) for test events.
Develop and support enterprise transition activity plan (ETAP) if required.
Coordination of Maintenance Activities (MA) and Memo grams.
Monitoring of net during test activities as a test director.
Expected to Travel 15% of the time.

Required
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and less than 2 years of prior engineering experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Knowledge of cross site and enterprise level planning and implementation practices
System Engineering practices regarding Testing, Verification and Validation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods
