Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of weekly reports for senior management

Prepare, consolidate, and analyze the company’s monthly and quarterly financial results, including variance reporting

Help prepare quarterly board and audit committee packages

Aid in the review and analysis of financials during forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes

Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders

Provide analysis and support on an ad hoc basis

Help with the FP&A Enterprise Planning implementation

Required

BS/BA in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics

0-3 years work experience

Knowledge of Microsoft packages (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

High attention to detail and organization

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects

Strong written and communication skills

Quick learner who is both motivated to work independently as well as a team player

Ability to learn new systems implemented

Self-motivated to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment

Preferred

CPA candidate a plus

Previous experience with database management a plus
