Responsibilities
Become an expert in our integrations infrastructure. Proactively identify new use cases and propose enhancements, collaborating effectively across the company to ensure that our integration processes align with the company's broader strategic goals.
Assume end-to-end ownership of all things data quality. Use customer feedback, market research, and close collaboration with stakeholders to appropriately prioritize product features. Be the loud, energetic champion of your space. Communicate regular progress updates, inform the team about broader industry trends, and maintain crisp, clear documentation of what we've built and why we've built it.
Embrace and navigate ambiguity. Drive growth forward as the visionary owner and champion of data quality and our integrations infrastructure. Surface key questions to leadership, clearly articulating available options along with your recommendation when irreversible decisions are on the line. Think in tradeoffs.
Maintain exceptionally high standards. Respond to inquiries, triage feature requests, and ensure effective resolution. Work closely with Sales and Post Sales to ensure our customers are happy and that our API delivers an excellent experience.
