Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Network Growth Team to define a comprehensive testing plan utilizing existing data across multiple marketing channels, aiming to engage target audiences, convert prospects, and enhance customer usage and retention.
Partner with the Network Growth Team – Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Strategy & product to identify new segment opportunities, such as geographic, persona, and equipment type, to expand Truckstop's market share. Develop integrated campaign themes to capitalize on these opportunities.
Ideate and develop marketing strategy for network strength campaigns and execute all campaign needs, including writing campaign briefs, defining tests, reviewing copy, building lists, and emails.
Demonstrate curiosity and proficiency with data analysis, leveraging campaign results to continually refine messaging, data strategies, and audience targeting to optimize conversions and expand Truckstop's network.
Share learnings with the broader team and look for opportunities to integrate strategies into other marketing areas (i.e., Content, Paid Media, etc.).
Iterate quickly to ensure a steady stream of data-driven campaigns are launching, driving conversion and revenue for the company.
Build collaborative partnerships with Product and Product Marketing teams to gain insights into the product/feature launch roadmap and upcoming launches.
Develop a comprehensive marketing launch plan encompassing target audience, messaging, KPIs, launch tactics, and post-launch sustainment strategies for both prospects and customers, aligning with business, product, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with marketing channel partners on audience, messaging, and tactical considerations for marketing launch plan.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure alignment of the launch plan and develop shared assets as needed.
Collaborate with the internal Creative team to create and deploy assets to effectively launch products or features to customers and prospects.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Industry experience preferred.
Proven experience managing complex, multichannel lead generation programs, especially email.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in progressively more responsible roles.
