Responsibilities

Develop SKU level sell-through forecast capability and linkage to production plan.

Analyze demand trends at color and gage level to develop a demand plan.

Capture leading indicators on shifting patterns in sell-through demand and adjust inventory levels.

Own complete demand planning for Retail business.

Collaborate with sales and product management on new wins, distributor locations, and product introductions.

Perform root cause analysis on forecast errors and create a reliable demand plan.

Upload SKU level forecast in JDE on a monthly basis.

Perform other analytical work as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience in SI&OP/production/demand/supply planning in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
