Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the deployment of applications and software updates using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
Configure and maintain EndPoint management solutions to ensure secure and efficient operation.
Administer and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement deployment strategies.
Monitor deployment processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Required
Proven experience with SCCM and EndPoint management.
Strong knowledge of VDI technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred
Relevant certifications are a plus.
