Responsibilities
Developing data warehousing solutions in alignment with the department’s Data Governance Framework Strategic Plan.
Designing, testing, and implementing data integration programs to consume and publish data.
Optimizing reports and analytics capability using the Qliksense business intelligence platform.
Identifying and resolving data issues through data cleansing and de-duplication.
Assisting in data analysis for data quality issues and maintaining data lineage documentation.
Implementing process changes to enhance data management effectiveness.
Analyzing reporting requirements and determining data availability.
Installing and configuring data integration and data management software.
Coordinating with infrastructure personnel to ensure availability of data environments.
Establishing backup and recovery plans for data environments.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (coursework in Data Analysis, Information Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in implementing data management solutions in a large heterogeneous organization, including design, development, performance, evaluation, modification, security, backup, version control, and quality assurance. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database platform is preferred. A graduate degree with coursework in Information Management or Information Technology can be substituted for two years of experience.
