Responsibilities
Understand and translate business objectives into high-level requirements
Create clear and actionable stories for tech teams with well-defined acceptance criteria
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex problems
Communicate effectively with various teams to ensure alignment and understanding of objectives and requirements
Partner with product and tech teams to facilitate smooth implementation of solutions
Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy
Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira and Informatica in day-to-day tasks
Conduct Gap Analysis and design business process functions
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents
Participate in Agile Scrum sessions and contribute to the development of business analysis best practices.

Required
Demonstrated experience with Database management, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Knowledge of EO/IR systems for effective information gathering and analysis.
Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes.
Expertise in Informatica for efficient data integration and management.
Experience with AB Testing to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project management.
Familiarity with Business Process Functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ability to draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide project execution.
Proficiency in Design techniques to effectively represent business processes and data flows.
Broad experience in Business Analysis, including the identification of business needs and determination of solutions.
