Responsibilities

Partner with Alliance partners, CDO and TOS on the coordination and delivery of consolidated alliance program roadmap and priorities
Leads prioritization process across strategic alliance relationships and syndicate priorities within the prioritization processes of the various product organizations
Responsible for the coordination and delivery of technology commitments made with clients and partners
Helps to intake, initiate sizing engagement and respond to new technology discussions for new tech needs & requests (e.g., data files & APIs)
Has a thorough understanding of industry trends and various partner integration models to help drive improvements and efficiency to the alliance technology package
Works with TOS & CDO on funding requests and needs to support ongoing alliance support
Supports new business opportunities (net new or additions to existing partners), leading discussions & project leadership during new program launch activities

Required

Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Two or more years of managerial experience

Preferred

Two or more years of or integration planning &/or technical project management
Ability to work with technical & business teams to support new & existing strategic alliances integrations, program enhancements & ongoing maintenance to drive business outcomes
Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and strategic problem-solving skills
Confident disposition with comfortability being a “builder”
Ability to rally around a vision and hold team members, both internal and external, accountable
A knack for being nimble and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and paving own path in the face of adversity
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
