Responsibilities

Perform various data analyses and reporting related to legal department operations and risk management.

Consult with different in-house legal teams to enhance reporting processes and develop performance metrics.

Create recurring and ad hoc PowerPoint presentations.

Support Anaplan online reporting platform maintenance and new model development.

Serve as a liaison between Legal Operations and IT.

Administer and develop applications for the Enterprise Legal Management system in Onit.

Work on special projects under the guidance of the Senior Legal Operations Manager.

Propose new ideas and analyses to enhance processes and reporting.

Required

Entry level position

Bachelor's degree; Computer Programing/Mathematics/Computer Science background preferred

Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

Coding skill is essential to facilitate the learning of various ETL tools we use. For Example: SnapLogic, Tableau, Anaplan, Python, Power Query.

Coding skill is also essential to develop and maintain applications in the Onit Platform.

Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and organize work for self and others to deliver on commitments and achieve results.

Quick learner and self-starter with ability to drive independent problem solving, comfortable with a constantly evolving environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred ; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
