Responsibilities
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Identify and segment target markets based on demographics, psychographics, and behavior.
Develop tailored marketing messages and campaigns for different market segments.
Continuously analyze market trends and customer insights to refine segmentation strategies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and assess competitive landscape.
Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather actionable insights.
Present research findings to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement tools and resources.
Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to support the sales process.
Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, market trends, and customer personas.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets.
Measure and analyze the success of events to ensure ROI and improve future event strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, market segmentation, market research, sales enablement, and event management.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
