Responsibilities
Define and create content in various forms like articles, emails, and social posts
Ensure content clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Airbnb's goals and brand
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content objectives and editorial approach
Maintain editorial standards and uphold a consistent Airbnb voice
Conduct interviews with hosts, product teams, and stakeholders
Manage short-term and long-term projects while meeting deadlines

Required
10+ years in editorial production as a writer, editor, communications manager, or content strategist, preferably on in-house teams at global brands
Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related disciplines; OR equivalent work experience
Strong writing, editing, and fact-checking process
Exceptional organization, communication, and prioritization skills
Experience managing end-to-end content production, including coordinating with other teams
Skilled at influencing and collaborating with remote colleagues to produce desired results
Ability to think both strategically and tactically, from brief to execution
Demonstrated success working in an agile content development environment
