Responsibilities

ITIL foundation knowledge. (Knowledge on Event Management, Incident Management, MI's, System Outages and how ITIL is applied in the process of Incident Management)

Understanding Windows Event Logs.

Analytics Skills, system issue troubleshooting, ability with understanding error logs, investigate issue to get system up and running with maintaining maximum system up-time.

Linux/Windows/Network administration experience.

Problem Management & Project Management understanding.

Basic knowledge of monitoring tools

Required

Bachelor's degree

1+ years' experience in Windows server infrastructure

Knowledge of Data Center operations and vendor handling

Knowledge of monitoring and proactive management systems/environments

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud

Knowledge of ITIL framework

Knowledge/Experience on office applications, Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access

Exceptional troubleshooting, written and oral communication skills

Preferred

May require minimum travel for business needs
