Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain interactive and user-friendly business intelligence dashboards that meet the needs of cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in dashboards by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI dashboards, including data sources, data models, and user guides.
Mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Continuously improve BI processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data integration, and performance.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data visualization.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards.
Strong proficiency in BI tools, preferably Tableau.
Excellent documentation skills with experience creating detailed technical and user documentation.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in the Data Center and/or Cloud Computing industry.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
