Responsibilities

Prepare proposals and proposal revisions based on information provided by sales and technical teams.
Evaluate incoming RFPs to ensure clarity of requests.
Lead meetings to define key sponsor drivers, scope of work, and costs for proposals.
Manage proposal process, including acquiring relevant information and internal reviews.
Facilitate approvals from finance, legal, business development, and operations heads.
Prepare quality proposals in a timely manner, considering customer needs.
Manage and prioritize multiple proposals in various stages of completion.
Assure familiarity with all templates and processes required for proposal tasks.
Represent the Proposals Group at handover meetings for newly awarded projects.

Required

BS in Science or Business, Advanced degree(s) preferred
Must have excellent writing and interpretation skills.
Must have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills. Ability to track multiple proposals & CET task statuses and proactively seek information from sales and technical staff to ensure timely proposal submission.
The Proposal Analyst position requires proficiency in several software packages: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Title will be commensurate on education and experience.
