Responsibilities

Efficiency Theme Support and Monitoring: Create or modify engineering processes to meet resource requirements across multiple development areas. Analyze resource impact and propose optimizations for any gaps.

Development Complexity Rating: Determine quantitative rating for engineering difficulty based on project documents and schedules, documenting all information used.

Strategic Metric Support: Calculate development metrics using engineering data, analyze results, and share insights with metric leaders for process improvement.

Ad-Hoc Business Simulation: Support quick turnaround business and resource simulations as required by company leaders.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering field (ex: Mechanical, Electrical)

3+ years of related automotive R&D work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in related field

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (ex: PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience creating & managing structured data or databases

Exposure to product development process and research themes

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation & relationship-building skills

Good decision-making, judgment, problem-solving and analytical skills

Good project management and process improvement skills

Good negotiation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution skills
