Responsibilities

Develop thermal models to predict spacecraft behavior during on-orbit operations

Review as-delivered thermal models and documentation

Generate active and passive thermal control solutions and concepts

Make recommendations to mitigate thermal concerns

Collaborate with mechanical designers to ensure spacecraft thermal health

Mentor junior engineers

Develop processes and tools for thermal analysis ecosystem

Generate documentation and simplified models for suppliers and customers

Predict and document individual constituent thermal conditions during operation

Create standards for model delivery requirements

Review designs for flight readiness

Create content for design reviews, tests, and verification activities

Support test, integration, and launch site operations
