Responsibilities

Master internal analytics platforms to provide insights on business trends and KPI tracking.

Create monthly and quarterly reports for senior management on business performance.

Provide analytical support to senior management and regional teams for strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with data science teams to expand capabilities for drawing insights.

Influence the product roadmap by leveraging insights gathered through data sources.

Maintain knowledge of data sources and evaluate their credibility and utility.

Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to identify business challenges.

Required

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a tech or payments company

Experience manipulating large data sets in Microsoft Excel and leveraging available tools to drive analysis (i.e. pivot tables; advanced functions)

Ability to draw insights from data and translate these insights into key takeaways and recommendations

Track record of creating comprehensive reports for management teams, summarizing key business metrics, trends, and performance indicators

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
