Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement among the student community, both on and off-campus.
Event Planning: Organize and manage monthly campus events from start to finish, including budgeting, team coordination, and logistics.
Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement effective promotional strategies tailored to campus events to attract and engage students.
Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Community Leaders and the marketing team to ensure consistent and aligned marketing efforts.
Product Team Collaboration: Work with the Product Team in monthly meetings to brainstorm ideas, test new concepts, and provide valuable feedback.
Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback through surveys and other channels to inform future marketing strategies and enhance event effectiveness.
City Event Planning: Lead the planning and execution of monthly city events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.

Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong passion for marketing and event management, with a proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Proficient in social media platforms like Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, BeReal, Snapchat, and Discord. A bonus if you have a strong presence as a content creator on any of these platforms.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Prior experience in event planning, campus ambassador programs, or related fields is a plus.
