Responsibilities
Tracks and regularly shares progress with stakeholders on open issues, and feature requests
Synthesizes feature requests and collaborates with product owners to include the requests into product roadmaps
Identifies and spearheads opportunities to improve support procedures and tracks metrics to reduce the cycle time for issue resolution.
Contributes to user stories and provides voice of the customer context for the issues and change requests reported by internal and external clients
Grooms backlog and ensures that stories are ready for development
Monitors and reports KPIs on product quality and issue turnaround times.
Collaborates with various business lines and technology to analyze needs, constraints, risks, and alignment with organizational strategy and priorities
Works in partnership with the team and stakeholders to employ Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics to deliver value, including ongoing product backlog refinement, and release planning
Regularly assesses features and costs to determine priorities for the team.
Responsible for accepting product deliverables and providing guidance to the implementation teams

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Product Development or related field
2-4 years of applicable experience
Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with the team, facilitate discussions, negotiate with the business, and resolve conflicts
Solid analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail
Background in Financial Services and Fintech strongly preferred
Working knowledge with Cloud-based applications and APIs, DevOps, Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Working knowledge of Agile practices and ceremonies such as iterative development, incremental delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition
Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously
Knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles to drive scalable solutions
