Responsibilities
Design a scalable and efficient architecture for delivering managed services on hybrid public-cloud platforms.
Define clear and standardized processes for service delivery, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement appropriate tools, software solutions, and automation frameworks.
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and translating them into effective cloud solutions.
Develop and maintain cloud architecture blueprints for clients, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and management of clients' cloud-based systems and services.
Optimize clients' cloud expenditure through cost-effective architecture and monitoring of usage patterns.
Ensure all client cloud solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing robust security measures.
Work closely with clients' development, operations, and security teams to integrate cloud solutions into their existing workflows and processes.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for client cloud-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of cloud services.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for client cloud architecture, policies, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends, recommending improvements and innovative solutions to enhance clients' cloud services.

Cloud computing platforms & services (deep proficiency in at least one Cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes), a second is preferred
Cloud automation & orchestration (Terraform, Rundeck, Ansible, AWS Cloud Formation, Azure Resource Manager, Google Deployment Manager, Kubernetes)
Cloud monitoring & optimization
Cloud security & compliance
Cloud native development & integration
Preferred
Deep proficiency in at least one Cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) and a second is preferred
One or more of the following certifications may be required: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect
