Responsibilities

Blend powder, add resin, and change material canisters on the Additive Manufacturing equipment

Break-out parts from builds, remove supports, and finish parts as required

Perform daily maintenance on machines as required

Turn machines and prepare for the next build

Program/operate 3D Systems and FormLabs SLA and SLS machines

Program/operate Stratasys, Markforged, and Bambu FDM machines

Operate, control, and optimize multiple RP processes from CAD file to finished part

Required

Some exposure operating and working in Rapid Prototyping / machining / fabrication environments

Ability to lift 50 – 80 lbs. without assistance

Ability to work with little supervision

Ability / willingness to learn new processes and procedures

Ability to follow instructions

Willingness to work overtime and/or week-ends as required, often with little to no advance notice, and sometimes for extended periods
