Responsibilities

Supervises daily work schedules of hub leads and specialists involved in shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks.

Determines space requirements for storage, schedules delivery of products, and ensures all materials are organized.

Enforces company work and safety rules, including handling hazardous materials.

Monitors employee attendance, productivity, and performance, providing counseling as needed.

Coordinates work with other stores, vendors, and managers to ensure timely shipments.

Maintains records and reports on sales, errors, and production.

Provides job training for the team and builds relationships with vendors.

Communicates effectively with customers, stores, and leadership via email.

Recommends procedural changes to improve operational efficiency.

Required

1 to 3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field.

Previous work experience in a warehouse or distribution center including material handling, inventory tracking, and providing work direction to other teammates.

Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.
