Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy new frontend components and features using React.
Ensure components are well-tested and can be deployed successfully across multiple applications.
Work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality product roadmap items on time.
Participate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
Break down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks that can be delegated.
Balance delivering product roadmap items with production support responsibilities.
Adopt existing team practices and recommend improvements as needed.
Continuously evaluate and enhance development processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Required
At least 7 years of professional experience delivering high-quality production software.
Strong working knowledge of React and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with a relational database.
Experience with an MVC web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, Pyramid).
Experience working with REST APIs and AWS.
Experience with a version control system, preferably Git.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Proactive and capable of making decisive technical decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
