Responsibilities

Define and implement quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies for Data Services projects.

Oversee end-to-end Quality Control (QC) processes, provide feedback to suppliers, and implement quality improvement plans.

Perform detailed task analysis to identify key quality drivers and develop efficient testing and onboarding methodologies for Data Services vendors.

Report on delivered quality, propose action plans for improvement, and address client quality escalations through collaboration with suppliers.

Provide support to data suppliers, evaluate QC providers, offer performance feedback and training, and collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop skill evaluation solutions and visualize quality metrics.

Stay updated on AI industry trends and contribute to the exploration of new opportunities.
