Responsibilities

Creating and managing a project plan for the 3PL warehouse transition project.

Identifying all required functional groups and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.

Documenting and reporting task progress, identifying and coordinating action items for roadblocks.

Developing and managing the business UAT plan and creating weekly progress reports.

Collaborating with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis.

Conducting data analysis to gain insights into business processes, performance, and trends.

Presenting results and recommendations to the project team and contributing to improvement action plans.

Assessing user feedback and proposing solutions for improvement.

Working independently, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to successful completion.
