Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for building software to help companies build cultures in which their employees thrive.

You'll partner with other engineers to build and own products across a modern tech stack. (Our current stack includes: React, Relay Modern, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.

You'll craft contributions to our engineering practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements to improve team output.

You'll provide substantial mentorship to less experienced colleagues, helping to refine their technical craft and expand their knowledge.

You'll independently lead the execution of complex projects, including those that require cross-functional collaboration with product managers and designers.

You will create high-quality Technical Design Documents and address review comments from relevant stakeholders

Required

5+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications

Proficient in TypeScript, React, and GraphQL

Efficient in SQL and know how to model data and write performant queries in a relational database like PostgreSQL

Passionate about learning and using any new technologies that are required at the job

Ability to seek out the root cause when debugging software defects

Ability to understand the nuances of product requirements and translate them into code

Clear and concise in explaining thought process in both written and verbal format
