Responsibilities

Become an expert on the customer and understand their needs by building relationships with various teams.

Develop and execute multi-channel customer journeys and campaigns to drive upgrades and add-ons.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Manage all upsell/cross-sell flows, emails, and in-product messages.

Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to innovate in lifecycle marketing.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

3-5 years in lifecycle and/or customer marketing experience, (B2B and/or SAAS experience a plus)

Flexible and proactive, a self-starter

Experience managing highly targeted/segmented digital marketing campaigns

Knowledgeable about customer lifecycle management and best practices for moving customers through a journey

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities

Ability to create strong internal and external relationships and build an environment around teamwork and collaboration

Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
