Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of fire sprinkler system projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Technical Oversight: Ensure that all fire sprinkler systems are designed, installed, and maintained according to NICET standards and relevant codes.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including designers, installers, and technicians. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates and communication.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with all project specifications.
Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and inspection records.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and challenges promptly to ensure project continuity and success.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability. Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Required
NICET Certification: NICET Level 3 or 4 certification in Water-Based Systems Layout is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, design, and installation practices. Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, AutoSprink).
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve project goals.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
