Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities of business analysis engagements
Design and develop innovative solutions to achieve operational and business targets
Analyze and distil large datasets into clear, user-friendly formats for stakeholders
Facilitate discussions on analytical reports and business trends to drive actionable outcomes
Prioritize and authorize Business Analysis projects based on stakeholder directives
Provide expert advice on Business Analysis requirements and best practices
Mentor and coach junior colleagues in business analysis techniques and processes

Required
Proven experience in Business Analysis roles
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Solid understanding of SQL and database management
Experience with process modelling and improvement methodologies
Knowledge of Agile Methodology and its application in business analysis
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business solutions
Preferred
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) preferred
