Responsibilities

Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Work closely with development teams, QA testers, and stakeholders to support system design and development

Develop and implement UAT plans to ensure compliance with requirements and regulatory standards

Identify and propose enhancements to optimize existing processes and systems

Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives
