Responsibilities
Perform risk analysis and project planning; Lead and integrate project teams to develop strategy, plans, and implementation activities.
Engage with cross-functional organizations to define plan, identify responsibilities, and manage plan execution in order to meet engineering, quality, and schedule requirements.
Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for the development and execution of the project plan.
Study, evaluate, and solve problems where chemicals & materials are needed to support current production.
Document completed risk project via coordination sheet.
Identify and define process improvements for risk mitigation.
Use Program Management Best Practices and project management systems.
Organize and lead projects with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team members to protect BCA airplane production with regards to environmental regulation compliance and material technical obsolescence.
