Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate and execute marketing activities such as advertising, digital marketing, content creation, and event management.

Influence without direct reporting relationships and contribute to key institutional committees.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare) with 5 years of professional experience in marketing; or a master's degree (MBA preferred) with 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong business acumen with a track record in creating effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in digital marketing and project management, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Must exhibit high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and motivation, with a strong work ethic and flexibility to meet deadlines.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare marketing and data analytics.
Proficiency in presenting to diverse audiences and building strong relationships.
Comfort working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.
